I provide a complete Listed Building Consent service from start to finish. I handle the entire process myself, research, documentation, survey work, design proposals and heritage reporting. I don’t position myself as an add-on to an architect’s workflow for LBC submissions. Instead, I take full responsibility producing a single, integrated package that reflects both the significance of the building and the practical needs of the project.
